The wide shot was right.
The upright one has to be decided.

Subito turns a landscape performance recording into an upright clip for Reels, TikTok and Shorts. It asks you two things, which part and where the frame sits, and does the rest.

Everything outside the orange box is thrown away. Choosing where it sits, shot by shot, is the whole job.

Why not just use an editor

  • It holds at the cut. A general auto-reframe slides the frame across a shot change because it does not know one happened. Subito treats each shot separately.
  • Two decisions, not a timeline. Premiere and the browser editors can do this if you already know how. Here there is nothing to learn and nothing to install.
  • It reads the request. Paste the client’s email and the clips are laid out for you, ready to export together.
  • Its suggestions lose to you. Move a frame yourself and that moment stays yours, even if you run the automatic pass again.

Reframing is not a secret. What is unusual is a tool that does only this, on this kind of footage, in about two minutes.
